I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail the hotel provided. The location was perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with everything I needed. I particularly liked the bunk beds, which had plenty of space to sit up in. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it.
One minor aspect that could be improved is the check-out policy. It felt a bit strict and could have been more flexible.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the facilities were very clean and well-maintained. We especially loved the spacious and comfortable common area, which had ample seating and outlets for charging our devices. Additionally, the location was fantastic- it was easy to get around the city and explore various points of interest on foot.
Can't fault the property in any way.

I recently had my first hostel experience and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The hotel's attention to detail was impeccable. The bed and room were thoughtfully designed, ensuring everything was within reach. The staff, especially the night shift ladies, were absolute gems - friendly and fluent in English. The common area was spacious and the pantry had all the necessary amenities such as a microwave, oven, fridge, and utensils. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with a short walk to the memorial area and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.
I couldn't find a single thing that needed improvement - everything was great!

Had a great weekend away, the complementary lockers were useful and the location was perfect being just a short walk from public transport and near plenty of places to eat. the staff was really helpful with recommending places to visit. Best aspects: the complementary lockers with locks for valuables and the luggage storage was great. the central location was perfect for exploring all the nearby attractions and the friendly staff was willing to offer plenty of suggestions.
The room and bathroom were quite small, but that was to be expected for the price. the strict no-eating policy was a bit of a bummer as it would've been nice to have somewhere private to eat without having to leave the room.

I had a fantastic stay at Webase in Hiroshima. As a solo traveler, I found the hotel to be perfect for my needs. The brand-new and spotlessly clean facilities impressed me. The staff, particularly Yuka and Mariko, were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing me with vegetarian restaurant recommendations and assistance with directions and attractions. The room was aesthetically pleasing, the capsule-style bed was comfortable, and the bathrooms were impeccable. I was thoroughly satisfied with the wonderful people and great facilities at Webase.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

What a great stay! Loved being in the heart of the city with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The privacy curtains in the comfy capsules were awesome for a romantic escape, and having a private safe box for valuables was a bonus. The facilities were well-equipped and clean, and we appreciated the complimentary bicycle locks for our luggage.
The size of the bathroom, which was a bit cramped for taller people. But overall, it was a fantastic experience and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a modern and convenient stay in the heart of the city.

This place is a great choice if you're looking for comfortable lodging near popular spots. You can easily stroll to Peace Park and Okonimimura. The room and bathroom are clean and functional. Guests can use the kitchen and enjoy coffee, tea, beer, and quiche in the lounge, which is filled with interesting art. Staff is friendly, and there's even a cat to greet you.
Don't expect to store your bicycles on-site.

Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Lastly, the room, although cozy, was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a private bathroom. It was the perfect space for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.
The only minor issue I encountered was the size of the room. It was a bit small for my liking, but it didn't detract from the overall positive experience.
