The location was perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with everything I needed. I particularly liked the bunk beds, which had plenty of space to sit up in. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it.

One minor aspect that could be improved is the check-out policy. It felt a bit strict and could have been more flexible.

Had a great weekend away, the complementary lockers were useful and the location was perfect being just a short walk from public transport and near plenty of places to eat. the staff was really helpful with recommending places to visit. Best aspects: the complementary lockers with locks for valuables and the luggage storage was great. the central location was perfect for exploring all the nearby attractions and the friendly staff was willing to offer plenty of suggestions.

The room and bathroom were quite small, but that was to be expected for the price. the strict no-eating policy was a bit of a bummer as it would've been nice to have somewhere private to eat without having to leave the room.

I had a fantastic stay at Webase in Hiroshima. As a solo traveler, I found the hotel to be perfect for my needs. The brand-new and spotlessly clean facilities impressed me. The staff, particularly Yuka and Mariko, were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing me with vegetarian restaurant recommendations and assistance with directions and attractions. The room was aesthetically pleasing, the capsule-style bed was comfortable, and the bathrooms were impeccable. I was thoroughly satisfied with the wonderful people and great facilities at Webase.

The privacy curtains in the comfy capsules were awesome for a romantic escape, and having a private safe box for valuables was a bonus.
